The Ogopogo lake monster? Clear and baffling photographs.

Is this the Legendary Ogopogo? These photographs were taken in Northern Ontario recently. I think it could be an otter or perhaps a bear cub. But what's interesting is what looks to be a blow hole on the back of its neck.
